Sweet, rich and powerful wines made from overripe and botrytised grapes. The noble rot enhances the aromatic character of the grape variety.

Sweet wines obtained by successive picking of grains affected by noble rot. Concentration makes the identity of the grape variety more discreet and allows for exceptional complexity.

Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is the only grape variety that produces rosé or red wines in Alsace. The Pinot Noir are dry with beautiful aromas of red fruits like morello cherry. Some are lighter and softer, others more structured, powerful and complex (Cuvée Fernand, Meyerhof).

Concentration wines, original and dry. They are the result of the audacity and creativity of Xavier, the wine expert. The grapes are picked very ripe and part of the harvest is placed on racks. These grapes will go through passerillage for 3 months before being pressed and reincorporated into the first wine.
